    Dobt hell comment again but i called emailed tried all forms of contact muilple times over 4-6 months before closing and with the 10’s of emails i sent I probably got 3 in return 1 of which was after leaving a email and voicemail saying i had contacted the legal system ( i forget who it was ) and with that final email they sent was a generic email stating i was being refunded but yeah unless you keep on him he wont do shit and from what i read it sounds like he has washed his hands of it

    Seems alot of people are just speculating, without any real issue, just to stir the pot.

    Happy to deal with any unfinished business as previously stated.

    Dan took full payment for a Chevy cab (approx 17k) that he was suppose to get for me. Communication wasn’t the best every now and then and it’s been pretty concerning at times when you dont hear…to his credit he did eventually respond to emails, just took often too many, and I wasn’t hammering them either, sometimes the info was pretty average considering the money on the honouring.  It’s been well over a year waiting, but he has started refunding some funds, I’d like it to be more and faster but I’d also like it slow over none at all. I like to think the best of people (to my detriment) but I don’t think he set out to scam people just got way in over his head and didn’t stay on top of communication and finances until it all blew up. (This is what I tell myself so I feel better about it and don’t go into a blinding rage and drive down there) At this stage I haven’t taken my issue to vic police (who said they are aware of the case but need more people to take more action), I have all the stuff they want put together but as long as I can get my refund I’ll hold off. Hopefully he keeps honouring his word as it’s a lot of money for me. I think it’s important to deal in facts, so at this stage I’m getting refunded small amounts, is it fair no, but if he keeps it going we won’t have any issues.

    Don't hold your breath waiting for Vic Police to do anything. They will view it as a civil matter - and won't want to know. Despite the bullshit they may feed you.

    Stuart it’s not just vic Pol though, the case officer there has mentioned it could be framed as federal AFP as it’s both using a carrier service (internet) and it’s not in Victoria. ACCC also know about it.

    Welcome to the forum Daniel.  Or number 5050 if you prefer. That's the trouble with being in business and dealing with the public. They actually expect to get something in return for their money.   Bunch of whinging fuckin  pricks.

    Firstly, this isn't true.

    You only answer the phone to numbers you don't know when you think you're going to make a sale. I should know because I've called you on a known number, which you didn't answer, then used a different number two minutes later, which you answered! And you never return calls.

    You also conveniently stop answering emails once you have taken people's money.

    You lie about having things in stock or about purchased items being in transit. You basically continue to string people along for months (if not years) telling them their products are "on the way" or "in customs" or "being processed" – but those items never turn up and you stop answering emails and phone calls when people (rightly) ask when they can "honestly" receive the goods they've paid for.

    As for "speculation" – every person who has posted here has had dealings with you. You must live in a fantasy world if you think you can try to convince other people that all these accusations are "made up".

    You don't get this many complaints – and all the same types of complaints – if you haven't wronged so many people.

    No-one is "stirring the pot" – they want their money back because you have failed to deliver as promised.

    YOU are the one who has caused all this. We all bought items off you in good faith.

    The only reason you are now trying to deal with this is because the police are involved. Yes, they contacted me again this week. I explained to them exactly what you do:

    * You take money and don't deliver.
    * You lie about orders that haven't been delivered.
    * You keep the money
    * You only offer refunds to those who complain the loudest, such as on these forums, or to those who have contacted the police trying to get their money back (such as me).
    * You are still offering things for sale and taking people's money so that you can try to pay back those you owe money to to avoid prosecution for fraud and theft!

    I've edited this last line because it probably didn't need to be said.

    Give us a break. I mean below the bar, OH&S is paramount but so many utilise it’s true banner to either shield inadequacies, or counter blame for occurrences which have been  elaborated  no I meant Exaggerated by respondent or Police. I did write some Australian National standards on committee . Now living in car.?fucken hell. Do the right thing mate , by all - as Karma does catch up. Come clean and honest.

    Just flicking through Facebook market place, he has taken a guy that is less than happy for 8K for some car parts.
    Before Xmas he had a shit load of bits listed.

    If that's him commenting in an earlier post  - user name something? 50/50. That might be how he trades -  it's 50/50 Whether he's going to scam ya. (nah what am I thinking - he's gunna scam ya) No LOL

    Can't believe he hasn't been sorted.

    They did close up 6 months ago, but I emailed them about my issue with a purchased product last week and warranty was honoured even though I guess they could have told me to get stuffed.

    Email them if you have any concerns, as far as I'm aware the email is still monitored, it took a few days for a reply, but some places that are still trading can't even do that!
