    The guys a dropkick took everyones money didn’t sent parts etc etc but ive found his family, friends etc etc on Facebook and he’s currently selling a heap of parts that he has leftover 

    Look him up daniel wilde on Facebook just scroll till you see car parts and thatll be him

    Not sure who here has Facebook but theres a page ( 90’s commodore life ) ive made a post on it and pinned a group called ( torqueline garage rip off artist ) to the top its private just so i can see if he joins ill post a link here but if that doesnt work just look up 90’s commodore life 

    Ive got quite abit of info i think that may help someone

    How’d ya get on though any luck? I made a Facebook page and just putting all the info i have on there

    Hey mate, that FB page is broken. Like everyone else here, I'm in the same boat. I might also have some info to share but I can't PM here (I guess because I'm a new user).

    Has anyone reported him to the authorities yet? I've just filed an intelligence report with Bendigo Police – apparently he is known to them – but have been advised no-one has yet filed an official complaint. I'm in a different state, so I will be filing a report to my local coppers who will forward it to Bendigo.

    I spoke to his dad Ian, and he seemed decent enough. I was polite because he's not responsible for his son's actions and after talking to him for a while I could tell he was genuinely disappointed and hurt by the fact he's had to "disown" his eldest son and probably doesn't deserve us all hammering him and his business over something that he has little or no control over. He has been getting a LOT of calls from people chasing Daniel, so you could forgive him for being angry. But he was polite with me and suggested reporting him to the police to make him accountable.

    So that's what I've done.

    In the mean time, if anyone's looking to swap info, I'll provide what I can. It seems to me the more people who report him, the more likely action will be taken. He is still advertising on Facebook and trying to rip more people off, so I'm not really doing this for myself (I didn't lose that much in the grand scheme of things), however I'd hate to see others fall victim if it can be prevented. My understanding is he is still in Bendigo (Kangaroo Flat) and is still active within the HD community there, so he is quite well known.

    OK, I just worked out how to send and receive PMs. Thanks and apologies to HDForums, but this seems to be the most active thread on the subject so I'm just trying to help others who are in the same situation as me.

    Mopar, we have been stung by this numpty. I am considering starting a class action lawsuit against him as there are SO many people online that have been stung by this twat. At this point I don't even care if I don't get my money back I just want him stopped. Feel free to PM and we can swap details on what we have.

    Hey mate yup id go that route, i had made a post on commodore page with a bunch of details about him and he was pretty quick to find the post and message me about taking legal action against me which is ironic but definitely do so its a long process though unfortunately, if you have facebook type his name and search posts he’s selling a bunch of parts his account is locked though unfortunately

    Thin bloke is a thief I have just had a debt collector I employed to  register a  judgement against Daniel Wild (torque line Garage) with the Magistrates court of Victoria. I doubt I will see the money he owes me but this judgement against him will make it bloody hard for him to get any future credit as this judgments will show on his credit history. I strongly suggest anybody owed money by this grub post warnings on any group pages they are part off warning the group members about this lowlife

    I would say youll get your money back I threatened him with legal action ( only a threat because its to much hassle trying to do something about it while im over here in new zealand) but he didnt no that it took ages from when i relised dodgy to actually get my money back but i just kept on him but yeah if you ever want to talk to him look up his name then click “posts” hes selling heaps of parts

They got me 90% of my money back and now are making sure he can't get any credit in the future he won't even be able to get a Mobil phone when they check his credit record.

    Not that's probably that important but this GRUB has heaps of stuff for sale on two other groups/forums that I know of. 
    A Drag racing group and a Hot rod group, He is bound to come un stuck scamming and get what he has coming.
    Someone even showed me the other day someone one Facebook is offering a free tattoo and 1K cash for information leading to a face to face with this clown.

    Ill have to have a look for that post because when i got my money back the bank obviously asks for an address and it had an address linked to his bank transfer wether its a correct address who knows but could be worth a shot

    Enough is enough. The business is closed, has been for 3 months. Posts were made to outline this on all socials at least 3 months before this happened.

    Anyone that has an issue, I strongly suggest you email the Customer service address outlined clearly on said posts AND the old business phone number voicemail.

    I am not hiding from anyone, if there is any legitimate issues. Email me for a solution.

    from sites where you have sold stuff and taken $$$$ that has not turned up!
