Fact...They came from her phone. Regardless how they were obtained they still came from her phone. The fact that they were obtained by a police error made them inadmissible luckily for her. There's been no challenges to the texts being authentic, no cries of deformation etc from her ego driven DPP fanboy and the references are still available for all to see.....not deleted once someone has been undermined. Leaving the references up indicates good faith to me....removing references shows deceit. Perhaps the same as removing data from her phone perhaps?

That is a bullshit newspaper article. That does not make anything a fact.

    BINGO!

Perhaps the final words should come from the presiding  Chief Justice McCallum who said “The distinction between an allegation and the fact of guilt has been lost.”
    And that is a FACT.
Bruce Lehrman has now engaged a deformation team...stay tuned.

I read an article that said the Government would have been happy for the DPP to go after a Labour staffer, not so much one of their own.

    Fuck off  idiot !

Isn't this what you do....demand links , fail to read them then ultimately trash the article or newspaper? If it exists post the link to the story and let others decide on the merits.....no need to start your usual attempt at abuse.

I must have missed the memo that told us that you set the rules for debate on the forum.

I have read numerous articles on this saga and I don't bookmark them. I did a search for the article but couldn't find it.
The incident happened about a month out from the 2019 federal election and the Coalition was trailing the Labour Party in the opinion polls. The comments were made in the context of it being a problem they didn't need, but it would have been convenient if Lehrmann had been a Labour staffer.

Previously, I queried your comments and asked for a reference because you put your comments up as FACT.
I was not aware that there was any evidence to that effect, and the newspaper opinion piece that you referenced did not confirm it.
I had read both the links in one of your previous posts and there was no evidence to support your assertion and assumed you had posted the wrong link. That was not the case. You just don't know what a FACT is.

I did find this article and wondered whether you were 'Denis' ? He sounds a lot like you.

Reading that article and many of PB's posts on here I don't personally see any comparison from an anti-woman perspective which the article accuses Denis of.

Irrespective of some public opinion and accusations in this instance, removing emotion from it Lehrmann is currently presumed innocent until proven guilty whether people like it or not. Just as Higgins is currently an alleged rape victim. It seems many people (and unfortunately many giving her (and him) a hard time) don't understand that. It simply should never ever have been the public shit fight it has become.

One thing I will admit to finding curious is that she is basically deemed too fragile to participate in any further legal proceedings (fair enough, she has already done so). But then it appears she put her hand up to be a witness in civil claims and is allegedly suing for three million dollars.

So after that little outburst still no reference to this so called article you read...
I did read the story and came across this little observation by the author....."But it is a weird vibe that perfect strangers, such as Denis, think it is perfectly acceptable to abuse people they don't know. Perhaps they also think it's OK to abuse people they know. It's now endemic in our culture."   Made me think off you ....could you be Denis?

"So after that little outburst still no reference to this so called article you read..."

You need to work on your reading comprehension. Try reading this again, slowly....

I make an exception for you, and I'm not Denis.
