    Heres a left field thought .......Des to leave Manly for Seibold, Anthony Griffin to go from St George and Des the new coach...
    The Dragons have slipped under the spotlight a bit with their internal dramas but only 3 out of 30 players attended a end of yr mandatory formal end of season awards night at Doltone house ......very embarrassing for the club and word is its a player revolt over the coach.

    Yes it seems like he now hasn't any excuses left after throwing assistant coaches under the bus. Still a touch puzzled how the assist coaches get flicked ...surely the head coach is the shot caller and they follow the instruction. If the head coach is calling the wrong plays and the assistants are following those plays its not their fault surely.

    more often than not in everyday life im afraid....its how us humans work - but eventually troops get sick of being lined up against a wall & shot by their own General Numbnuts & revolt....pretty much the no show of big v players at clubs gig

    JMO but i reckon Dessy is a good coach & an absolute crackup watching him attempt interviews....he was left holding the baby to reporters after the Jerseys fiasco, when he didnt even have any idea himself....he actually handled that interview well considering....i think itd be a great idea for the big V to give him a bash..

    Have watched the highlight versions of Aust v Fiji and England v Samoa game......Samoa i thought could be a dark horse in this comp but they were terrible.
