As mentioned in my intro, I have nearly finished the rebuild on my 86 xlh sporty. I knew the 4 speed was stuffed so due to lack of time dropped the bike into a local shop to see if he could do any thing with it. Yep stuffed alright, me too, $2000to rebuild and fit.     argh Looking for any ideas as I thought you could get a nice shiney new one for those sort of bucks.    cheers    northey
