ive done all l can do , without purchasing the equipment needed to check it all out,
&/or purchase all the modules , senders, etc. & take a punt on going down that line ,
the sensible thing to do now would be ... have it diagnosed on a machine??
    at a shop??
would that show up the problem?
    Where ?? Who??

Scotty...probably be charged at least 4 hrs, even it it was 1/2 hrs work,.. at least!! that't be my guess,

but they are running a bisiness, & there are costs.. wages... ...food....etc...

& l suppose if they can find it within a day, saves a lot of head aches my end..

ive never taken a bike to a shop before, (oh yer , this one 4 its 1st. service..that didnt go well)

Wozza ..super B wont be cheaper, l can get a complete 2006 EFI inlet with all atatchments, from the states, add about $40

im seriously thinking about, if nothing else there spares for down the track ...& knowing id have a super efficiant , super reliable, crack the throttle, hard chargin' efi fuel system at the ready!! Something you will know all about some day!!

im giving up looking for the fault, ive had enough! l cant find anything that would make it run a bit odd, & since l wont take it to a shop, & dont have
the di9agnostic tools that are required for these late models im buggered,
So im leaving the bike in stock form with stock ecm in place, but will re-fit the V/H slip ons so l can here it, ive lowered the idle by adjusting the (fixed idle screw) on the inlet manifold, idles good now! ! , next time ive got a few hours off ill do a 80klm lap over the hills ,just to see how shes running, maybe ill get an error code? maybe the wisp of black will disapear? maybe ill be pushing it home? but one way or another ,sooner or later it'll show up,
Scotty if you read this.. what will the ecm thick about me lowering the idle that way??

yes l can put it back to where it was, give or take a few rpm l suppose, l havnt riden it since adjusting, have started it 3 times,

ill put it back, pull/refit the fuse , if l get back from Melbourne early enough today ill take it out for a ride, see how things are..Thanks once again Scotty...(l should have asked before touching it) ....

Finished work yesterday, Good stuff time to take a look at the bike l thought,
Well it started straight up, high idle, let it run for about a 1& half minutes, idle came down, WOW good shit im thinking,,
Hu ! that didnt last, kept getting lower till it stalled, twisting on the throttle did nothing, havnt been able to start it now, cranks over o.k. just doesnt fire,, cleared the diag. cranked her over & now have 3 error codes , p0261-p0263-p1003
the first 2 are the injectors, & system relay contacts(open) l reset the fixed idle back to stock position 2/3 weeks back when scotty said dont touch that !! but im thinking perhapes l havnt got it back in the correct possition & its caused these error codes,
if thats the case wots the procedure now?? Or could it be the initial problem just gotten to a stage were the codes show up now?? Bike was riden 300klm. with no noticible problems before l did re-adjust that fixed idle,
