There is an K&N RK series unit wich comes with a new back plate. Fits your normal cover too!

I fitted an Arleness Big Sucker to mine and put the stock chrome cover back on..... but it seems that the cover is much higher than it used to be..... i have only about a 10mm gap between the fuel tank and the top of the air filter cover.... i would be interested to know if yours is the same after you fit the stage one filter...
