Hi all, just picked up my  new(2nd hand) sporty.. an 07 low with only 2300 k's  and stock as they come engine wise.  I'd  like to go for the  obvious  pipes and air filter kit options but keen to ask for the best combo's guys might have dealt with. I'm not in too much of a hurry  but am lookng to get  a better sound as well as increase performance a little as we go. Look  foward to the responses.

To be honest,, Any After Market Performance Air Cleaner, Exhaust and Mangement System up grade will make more power . My 06 1200 has Hooker Pipes, Corsair Air Cleaner, 7000 SE Module and Re-jeted Carbie, it makes 28 HP over the Stock set up.

i might have a complete set up for sale off a 2007 efi sporty screaming eagle heavy breather (k&n pod) american freedom pipes (black heatshields) pc111 re mapped on the dyno for this combo...cost new $2300-00 12 months old sell $1500-00 easy bolt up power and real good sound!!

Hey thanks for the replies. It's good to get an insight into the different set ups. I may be in for the $1500 deal.. but looks like others are too.  I picked up my bike for $9300 . 6 months rego , 2300k's  factory warranty til August. I reckon I got a great deal. Will post a pic when I stop riding it!
