09 Vrod brakes on a 05

Well I have just put 09 Vrod master cylinder, brembo calipers and rotors on my 05 Roadster with no other modifications other than blinker relocation (which I had already done). This was so easier than I thought it would be and it has cost me a total of about $500 to do. If this modification saves my life once it will be more than worth it. I have not road tetsted them yet as the bike is still on the lift and in bits but the lever feels sooo much better. No pictures yet sorry but I will have them in a couple of days.

Hey Phillthy.... I tried to be patient... BUT

I've looked at this brake mod myself... I'll just go the single though... I was kicking myself as I put the sporty floating rotors on early-on to try to improve the brakes a bit... but they are a couple of mm too small in diameter for the v-rod calipers unfortunately. But a V-Rod rotor, the Brembo caliper and a master cylinder are still on my list of to-do's at some point.

Phillthy just needs to convince Mandy to trust him enough to try it with the sporty ;)
