Haha indeed. We're Eastern, we're Eastern, we're Eastern over here.

Might be a good enough bait to get NSW into a State of Origin tussle maybe after Christmas each year. Maybe Gundagai or Wagga Wagga...

I can't remember where the 3am challenge was posted, but here's the finishing post photo.

Bear, BACA Mick, Jake, Sam, Magilla.

Ok, so it obviously wasn't a beauty contest, but we still won :o)

... And the fact that we don't all remember the photo being taken in no way changes the fact that we were there.

What a great ride. Good company all weekend, great hospitality from Mick and Di...cheers, grouse photos from Swoody, Madness and Mrs Finny. Thanks Maples, Rodders, Jake and Bear for the company on the ride home, that would have been a prick of a ride in the pissing rain on your own I reckon Walka. Happy to see everyone made it home safely. Looking foward to next year.

Book me into the asylum again for next year Mick, Cheers Hootin.

I fell on my sword just after 1am (unlike me, but the all night Pearl Jam fun was my excuse, impossible to do it a second time). I now understand why Jake was deliriously bushed on Sunday morning!!!!

    A big thankyou to everyone.

A massive thankyou to the organisers for the putting ride together, the accomodation, the food, the prizes and the great hospitality.

Thanks Edenhope bakery, for sobering us up in the morning and reminding some of us of parts of the night before.

Sam, thanks for organising the Harrow museum to be open, I've never had the chance to get in there before.

Daggs and Michael, thanks for letting let me ride with you guys on the way up. Hey Michael, you deserve an award for muscling your 'glide down some very narrow, twisty and bumpy roads. I don't think that bike was designed for roads like that. Legendary stuff!

Scotty, thanks for sharing some tech tips, saves me a 200km something trip to get someone to work on my bike.

Thanks to everyone for making the very long or nice and short ride to Edenhope and making the ride what it was.

P.S. Hey Daggs, I just couldn't resist a little fly-by! It's an old trailbike game of hide and wait and then buzz the other guy. Probably safer than kill switch chasey.

P.P.S Us fellas (who will remain nameless for reasons about to be explained), were perfect gentlemen and were in no way flirting or exhibiting desperation in the true sense of the word. My girlfriend reads this forum and I'm sure other wives, girlfriends, mistresses etc etc do as well and they may (ahh my girlfriend already has and is now asking for a please explain) misintepret 'usual desperation' for it's true meaning, and not the meaning that I'm sure was intended, which was, dedication to PUBLIC RELATIONS. Guess who's got to go to back to Uni next week, gotta get back in the swing of using big words and stuff so please accept my humblest apologies for my wordy rant.

P.P.P.S I was drunk, I was a long way from home and I was confused!

If a certain David from New Zealand had been able to make the ride, I'm sure he would have taken my place in PR and playing pool.

    I'm *&%ed!

Aah good, was waiting for the 3am challenge photo! I managed to miss the group photo, so atleast theres some evidence of me being there now...

Big thanks to all involved in organising the day, yet again it was great fun!

Have heard some reports from the locals and everyone seemed to love the tear around town we did when Bear took his mistress for a run... Believe it or not theres not much exciting that happens on the residential streets around here.

It was great to meet some new members, and catch up with some familiar faces, and i hope to see you all again with extra (victorian) mates next year.

Oh, and if anyone is open to bribes for next years raffle, give me your bank account details...

Its inverted commas for Bear too: "Bear"!!!

There's a guy in the background of the pic in the paper that looks like me, but I never did run with the old girl - was too busy blowing the froth off...
