    Hi Guys new on the site some interresting reading. Has anybody been riding with  fournales, they will be going on a softie twin cam or any other shock that won't bomb out . Any info much appreciated

    My mate has them on his sporty. Here's what he's told me about them:

    1. They will not bottom out.

    2. They are Very expensive

    3. The air pressure in the shock is very high, but occupies a small volume.

    4. Becuase of this you need a special pump and valve to adjust them, as small leaks on dissconnect have a big effect. He found a cheap way out though, and that is to use the hand pump the mountain bike guys use on their suspension (which has similar requirements). He picked one up from a bike shop.

    Yeah they're expensive, but they're about the single best thing you can do to improve a Softies handling.
