One thing that we don't think of a lot is the plight of the injured rider as he or she tries to get thier lives back together.......

I was told last weekend that Hayden a SouthWest Harley mechanic had a bad prang on a works bike two days before Xmas. He is laid up in hospital with two broken wrists, a smashed pelvis and serious leg injuries amongst other things.

    Get well soon mate.........

I feel for him. Broken pelvis takes ages to heal. I didn't walk for nearly four months when I went down.
    Hoping for a full recovery!

Yep well said, its easy to forget those that arent related or that you dont see everyday after they have been unfortunate and come off. Out of site out of mind shouldnt be the case. I go on a ride once a year just for fallen mates, just to remember them (all of them) and others who have been affected by the Ashpalt curse. Hoping for a speedy recovery for all those in or out of hospitals making themselves better step by step, and there is people out there you may of never met who do think of you. Never think your alone.
