Its ridiculous. On a HD, or any motorbike, the difference of 3km/h is a slight feathering on the throttle, or even if you had a light lunch and not a large one. Its extremely harsh - but we'd have a state that's broke without it. Inept.

They were knocking off minor 'speeding' fines back when the state had money... They need every penny they've got. Just think, it all goes into consolidated revenue for people like Lyn Kosky to play with (read: waste).

The reverse of it is I don't know how many times I see people routinely sticking 5-10km/h under the speed limit, even on flat straight road, frightened for the life of their bank account, that one slip is all it takes. Ridiculous.
