Just brought a new speedo for my bike just after some advice on wiring it in, I was going to mount it off my rear cylinder rocker box cover 

 

Hi Coops, Corio ha, Me too , So what do you need to know

I was hoping someone could help out with color codes for speedo wires and some ideas for mounting the idiot lights

I wired up one on my bike a few months ago I think you should have 2 red, 1 black a green and a orange on the New Speedo, I better check tomorrow mine but I think 1 red 1 black and the green go the the Sensor Plug under the Seat,
The other red is power and the orange is for the Light,
But Please let me Check.
I left the other Lights off , I just un Pluged them and hid the Plug under the tank. Iv'e seen a few Sportsters with the Speedo mounted on The Rocker Box before, Iv'e also seen them mounted on the Lower Fork legs, All look great

I checked The Orange go's to the Red on the Sensor, 1 Black go's to Black on the Sensor The GREEN go's to the White on the Sensor ,Red to power and Black to Ground, and if you get stuck call me 0410 762 544
