Anyone got any information or experience with IRDIUM spark plugs, are they any better than normal plugs?

Just ask the same question yesterday where I am going to get my bike dyno tuned. They are going back to the the normal plugs after experiencing problems with Iridium. I am putting in NGK DCPR7E next week just before it gets a dyno.

Scotty are you saying that Iridium might give you problems or the ones I am looking at putting in?

Thanks guys  for the info, just bought the plugs but have not installed them yet, by the sounds of things it might be a mistake to install them.

Done a little research on the issue and I think I will stick with the hd standard I didn't know that 2005 and later Harley-Davidson EFI systems incorporate an "Anti-knock" feature that operates by reading the current resistance through the spark plugs.
The use of any other spark plug other than 'Stock' (6R12) disables the anti-knock feature.

I got the infor from the webstite below and really backsup what Scotty is saying ,also reading other posts that have experienced problems, not everyone mind you but enough to think I will not change. Thanks Scotty for your infor.

Considering they are around $10 a pair I will stick to HD.
