Welcome Shoveltrouble and leave sanity behind.
Seaeagle, As Springer_13 said, Foot clutch, gear change on the left straight out of the gearbox. Why suicide?. Remember we are talking Old School here, mid 60's, San Francisco, NO FRONT BRAKE!!! Imagine a stop light up a hill, left hand on the bars, right hand on the throttle, bike in gear, left foot on clutch, right foot on the brake. How the F*** do you stop yourself from falling over?. Thus suicide clutch. AAAAARRGH!!!
Welcome shoveltrouble, personally prefer the modern clutch
