What is your favourite bit of road to ride on?
For me at the moment it is the road between nowra and kangaroo valley, starts straight and then twisties, then mild curves and straight again.........
Just a nice bit of road with abit of everything..........and only a 40 min round trip!!!!

It's Hard to beat The Great Alpine Rd Vic . But NSW has some fantastic roads . The last couple of years Ive gone to the Milton Bike Show just for the Ride, I drive up to Canberra in my ute with the Bike in the back then unload and ride across to Milton , Orsom ride I think it about 200 km, Half across the Mountans and half on the Princes H/way from Batemans Bay
For a short blat, West Coast Hwy along the coast is a nice ride.
Oxley H/Way in NSW is a blast, and a top pub (The Long Flat Pub) at the end of the ride as well.
Albury to Mitta mitta just the best
I'm with you RT, the Coffs to Armidale is my pick, up through the Dorrigo and Ebor - spectacular.
For me the best road is the one that takes me from work back to home.............
Got a few and way too many for them all to get a mention, I agree with RT and Wideguy, Coffs to Armidale is great, everyone should do the ride from Grafton to Dorrigo, can't leave out the Oxley hwy from Walcha to Warchope. Moving north the ride from Kyogal to Rathdowny via Lyons rd is up there too. My local ride covers the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Landsborough to Kenilworth, Nambour to Maleny across the top of the range, Kenilworh to Mapleton via the Obi Obi is worth the ride. As an ex Central coast boy in the days before the 70kmh speed limit stuffed it the "old road" from Berowa to Gosford was an awesome way to spend an arvo.
got to say the old hyway from Berowra coz it's my backyard, but the run along thunderbolts way is a great road.
