I keep smelling fuel when I park it

I looked her over but can't see any leaks (haven't pulled anything apart yet)

Any suggestions, experiences?

 

cant find any recals as yet

some older bikes 98 up do leak when hot out the overflow , ull see a puddle on the ground

did u put ur cap back on  ok ive been drinking

do them new bikes have a seal on the cap ?

my injection 07 , somtimes wen i hit the kill switch ya hear it continuing to prime , but never smell nothink 

do u turn ur bike of with the kill switch ?

or the key ?

try turning it of with the key

 that was a waste of jonnies

It sounds like your air filter is saturated with fuel or u have a dodgy fuel cap.

Gone over her and cannot find a thing

Can't smell the fuel anymore either. It's just one of thoughs things I 'spose.

Just gunna keep an eye on her

A nephew of mine did use a lighter to check the amount of fuel in his newly rebuilt RM125, it burnt to the ground. He was only 13 at the time and it took him 18 months to get the money together for the rebuild and it burnt two days later. He is 30 now and we still remind him at XMAS time.
