My daughters came good with a PS voucher for Xmas.

Next item on the shopping list is a pair of highway pegs that attach to the front crash bars. In the current cataloge there is about 4 different options, and they appear to come just as the bracket, that clamps to the tube. You have to buy the actual pegs seperateley, according to the book.

Anyone bought any lately and what did you get and what was the approx cost????

Looking forward to stretching the legs for a change.

I was looking at some for my Heritage. If your legs are long enough and dont need forard adjustment, there are a set of Chrome with gold harley script available from Harley dealers for about $50or $60. (saw them in Harley City, brunswick). From memory they attach straight to the Engine (not crash, or so I have been recently informed) bar. However, they do not have any rubber on them, so I dont know what they would be like vibration wise on a long ride.

Don't be tempted to get the chrome HD ones with lots of rubber O rings around them - they look pretty good, esp with the engraved logo on the ends - but the bloody things move, so that if you have the ball of your foot on 'em, you can slide off as the rings spin around on the peg...not good at 80km + !!

I have ISO pegs and prefer the rounder style, just so they fit under the arch of your foot better, esp if you wear heeled boots.

Thanks for the comments fellas, I have looked at the septic tank website as well and there is lot's of helpful information as well. The HD website (North American) has all the accessories listed (same as the catalog book) so that's been useful as well. I will stand clear of the O'Ring type thanks 69, sounds dangerous.

Thanks Phil, I just looked them up in the book and they quoted me $185 for them, but then there is the HOG discount.
