Hi RKC,If you are referring to the mini apes (10" with 12" rise) in the Harley catalog, then a friend of mine with an 07 sporty did his... he only ended up doing the brake line and went with braided lines 42" from John Stamnos...  He rerouted the clutch cable outside the frame/forks missing the top clamp and then inside the bars (between bars and tank) and it reaches. Plenty of wiring under the seat.

if you run the accelerator cables behind the fork tube you get a fair bit more and same with clutch cable re route it ,remove top clip that holds it. but definately need to replace brake line i got braided from peter stevens $100-00.job done!!
