I recently did internal wires on my 08 FXSTC with Burleigh T bars, instead of using steel wire I blocked the 2 holes on 1 side of the bars with tape, then taped some light string/wool to the end of the wiring loom, feed the string into the hole with compressed air up its ass, it blows the string through the bars & out the hole in the riser, then pull the wire loom through with the string.

    Cheers Nibbla

even easier - use a vacuum cleaner to suck some fishing line through the bars first................. then attach the wires to..................... the line with electrical tape and pull through...................................oh yeah - ya might have to lube the wires first with WD40 or similar.

sorry for the pauses....I keep checking out the girl in FXD09's signature....phwooar!!

Available through out Australia, are the Namz wiring extention kits to suit all H-D Models, these kits have all the colour coded wires soldered and pinned ready to install into the connector plugs. The tools to push these wires out/in are also available. It will certainly make the job easier.
