    The longest ride I have done was 960 kms from Hay to Armidale and I was glad to get off the bike.

    I am heading Melbourne to Perth on the 29th December. Could you recommend some places to stop if I was doing 800kays per day?

    sound like you are on a hi Mal.... only couple days to go

    btw have a street bob and got 20K out of the standard Dunlop... you may get less with your bike and the long hot run may use more rubber but anything between 10K - 20K is good

    I have long service leave coming up in January ...am wanting to go on a 2 week ride ...just dont know where yet

    might do the trip over to WA myself ..only state in Aus I havent been too

    look forward to plenty of pics and ride stories .... want to know all about it
