Howdy all,

Yep, it's me again posting technical questions. Well I've just received another parcel from Zannotti with Progressive 812HD shocks. Has anyone installed these or simlar on Street Bob? While the shocks install perfectly with the original HD bolts and mounts, the instrcution stipulates the use of included bolts and spacers.

Unfortunately this simply does not work or I am missing the point! The spacers included with the install kit are just too small.

It all lines up perfectly (as far as I can tell) however when I've asked Progressive about the install via email, the guy who responded insisted on using the install kit they've included. Either he doesn't know or I must be blind!

Thanks man. You've put my mind at ease! I just don't get their "technical support" guy who insisted on using these bolts/spacers. (see pics below)
The tiny little spacers they've provided will not be able to replace the original HD spacers. The original spacers are approximately 5-6cm long while the Progressive spacers 5mm.
