What does your oil temp run at?

I've noticed since doing my 1200 conversion, my dipstick oil temp gauge averages around 180F.  And when I ride the bike really hard it's gone up to 250F. 

When it was an 883 it used to range between 150F to 200F.

What do others experience?

I've experienced no temp gauge If I find a cheapy I'll have to grab one.

Mine is between 200 and 225 mainly.

Have not really run the gauge through summer yet.

This is the second summer in a row for the bike to be in bits!!!!!!!!

mines usually around the 200 mark...

 

How much do these temp gauges sell for btw?

Mine sits on about 150 mark ,maybe its broken

Up to 220 on a hot day in traffic. Changed to synthetic for this summer, will see if it makes any difference.
