Morning all just decided on a whim to enter this hallowed ground dedicated to Harleys and the art of riding... My site name on other sites is Pops the( Pink Wombat ) I may or not explain that further down the road and if no one has any objections I shall use that name here.

I live on the Gold Coast ride with the Gold Coast Cruiser club and although still a member of the Ulyssees I am not renewing my subscription which falls due in December.08

I have owned a FXST during the late 80's but now ride 1997 Road King which is my pride and joy.

Theseus Mate the first year I was amember no one bothered to talk to me on rides the second year I was welfare officer so it was slightly better (not much). this year had an off on a ride 6 months ago and was off my bike for three months with a broken foot and injured leg and shoulder while riding with the Gold Coast Cruiser club and not one member of the Ulyssean branch other than two people one the welfare officer the other a Harley owner got in touch with me to see how I was going. So as far as the Gold coast branch goes as you can imagine I was not impressed and that is the primary reason I am not renewing my Sub.
