As it is often difficult to find good service these days (as we all know), I would like to share with you a couple of good experiences I have had recently. I purchased my Fat Bob on the 22nd of October from Robbo's in Canberra and could not fault their service, even after I had paid the money, I dealt with John Williamson, and I have to say that his service was exceptional. Then I purchased a fuelshot from Big Joes Choppers in Woollongong and found there service to be the absolute fucking best, we always hear about the bad service we get, its nice to hear about the good service you get like these guys. Please fill us in on any good service you may have received.

Glad to hear you are happy with my local stealer, Robbo's. They ain't too bad; in 2005 the owner offered me an 06 demo Dyna for $18500. They always have heaps of stock and were able to get several of the first Fat Bobs, when other dealers couldn't. Add on bits & spare parts can be a different story - they've actually refused to order me some shiny bits in the past, on the basis that it wasn't cost effective for them to sell them..! I buy online now, Sy's in Sydney are always a few dollars less for genuine HD stuff.

I bought my Bike from Robbo's (John was the salesman) and some replacement parts from Big Joe's and I have to agree that the customer service from both of these business's are the best that have ever encounted for a very long time. Both went above and beyond the nessesary requirments of customer service to help out a customer....
I have also dealt with most of the staff members at Robbo's and find that they all need to be commended on their professional service towards the customer.
My only grip is going into Robbo's on a Saturday morning when there is a HOG ride on, as there was no parking available.
