It pays to ask questions, and i thought that i would let you know what happened to me today. I received my insurance renewal which is with Swann Insurance and was to pay $444.00 and the insured amount was $17496.00. I rang up and said that i can't replace the bike for that and after a short talk they are going to insure the bike for $24000.00 for only $15.00 extra a year. I will now pay $459.00. I thought that was pretty good of them, but they would not have told me unless i rang them now i am happy.

    Too true,

Over the course of life, I've learnt to ask away, even if just curious and its amazing how you can do better.  Banks, buying high-cost items etc.  Its a stupid game of leverage that I actually find to be a whole herd of bullshit, but apathy will only cost you.  Amazing just a few questions and use of competition can help you.  Especially in the tough times, business will feel it like we do as individuals, we are on equilibrium in that sense.

Its like getting served.  If you're on a mission and being ignored is bad, go turn up the biggest and most expensive tv at JB Hifi as loud as you can.  Assistance arrives pretty quick.  Should probably work out if you sit on the most expensive road king and start making engine noises with your mouth at your HD dealer too.

    Good work, Tapey.

Lucky I emailed all mods and blings to my insurer as soon as I put them on my bike.

Now I'm not worried, I've got it on paper.

I went from limited KM to unlimited and payed about $30 less a year, just because I asked for a better price.
