Power Commander PCIII

    Anybody know how to adjust the maps on these things? Does it have to be done on a dyno?

    what bike and pipes/ac you got fitted? look at their web site and see if you can find a map. I have short shots and pcIII on a Street Bob and have had the unit dyno'd

    sorry to hijack.... but... hey Ho, did yr bike much better after the dyno? I haven't dyno'd mine yet but seems to run pretty good just with the big radius map from their web site

    Daggs... there was no map for the short shots and had therefore used big radius.... to answer your question ... yes a big difference 74 to 81hp and got rid of most of the popping and farting

    ok thanx guys seems like around 6hp improvement so will get her dyno'd at some stage.

    Well blow me down.... Just taken my baby out for a spin, first since puting the new big shots on and a PCIII.  Just loaded up the MAP for V&H Bigshots with SE aircleaner.  What a difference!  It's like riding a totally different bike.  I will have to get the quiet baffles for the big shots though.  I reckon I busted a few windows through the middle of the Alice.....
