instead of the standard way of bypassing the exhaust valve, I have tried a different way that leaves the valve intaked.
I used a couple of clutch cable adjusters from a jap bike, a bit of aluminium tube and turned up two threaded ends with cuts for the cable to fit in the tube.
the cable is removed from the solinoid and this is fitted to the cable end. it is adjusted out to hold the valve open and then locked, I have painted it black and cable tied it back up where it should go.
This leaves it looking like it is still intaked.
