G'Day. I ride a '93' fxr

Any body got any clues on noisy Primary.

Chain looks OK. could be a tad slack, find it hard to measure its true free travel.

Is it normal for the Compensating sprocket to have free play( back n forth).

The noise disipates as the revs climb. Bad at slow idle.

Any ideas
