D&D 2:1

    I've just fitted a black D&D 2:1 to my Dyna superglide sport, jetted it and I'm rapped with the results, However there's a rattle on overun and on bumps that appears to be reducing in volume.

     

    I'm assuming that it's the front of the baffle vibrating in the muffler housing and it just needs carboning up to secure the front of the baffle.

     

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? Or could it be something else? Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

    never had a prob with mine , i found the baffle a bit tight to remove

    Check ya dentures.

    Thanks for the advice, I have no dentures, however I found that the rear wheel axle nut was hitting the muffler and the muffler clamp was a bit loose.
