A big black and white gang inside the big blue gang, that can legally carry guns, mace, batterns, and a very good knowledge of the laws. Sounds like we need some of these to deal with the sexual predator scum after the judge gives them a "dont do that again you naughty boy" talk. We had a bloke up here on during the week drive through an intersection killing a 39 year old married bloke on his motorbike and he recieved a $500.00 fine and didn't loose his licence, that was it...WTF.
