    Jim,

    Check this post out:

I've listed all the covers I bought including the derby cover, I got them off US ebay, the derby cover was $50 US.  I got all three, ie derby, points covers and fuel cap delivered for about $120 AU.  From memory though prices can vary depending on what type  of covers you get.  I'm not sure about the 105th anniversary but I know the Sportster 50th anniversary covers were quite a bit more expensive than the harley skull set I bought.  I'd start by doing a search on US ebay.

I've only done just over 1200 k's on the sporty so haven't done any oil changes yet.  It's due for it's first service soon so I'll just take it to the dealer.  From what I've read the 07's have the same oil drain host like the other models you're talking about.

Hi all, i just changed the derby cover on my 07 883c and had it on the stand when i took the original cover off.
I lost a little oil out of it when doing so. Maybe 1/4 of a cups worth, does anyone know if it should be topped up,
or how much they are supposed to hold.
Or does it use the same oil than is running through the motor ?
It is riding ok still (just had its first service.
    Cheers :)

Hi guys, just bought a chrome battery cover for my 883 custom, seem like the left side is bigger than the stock cover and having a few dramas fitting it.
I sent a pic of it to the seller, and he says its the correct one. Has anyone else had any problems with this ?
    cheers.
