pissed off with harley assist, membership expired, do you realise that if your membership has expired and you run into problems with your bike to renew your membership it will cost you 100$. thats fine, i can live with that...... however when the harley assist "expert" arrives and doesn't have a clue about your bike - thanks for coming harley assist at $188 later

i had a flat battery and the "harley assist expert" did not even know where the battery was asked me where it was? so after refering to the manual i found the battery and i told the "harley expert" how to get to the battery

not only was not aware that harley assist charge $100 extra for renewing an elasped membership but also the penalty!!!! let alone a guy who had no clue to come and assist..........- thank god it was only a flat battery

    well done harley assist!!!

    watch harley assist!!!

firstly welcome to the forum boffin....

understand where your coming from... in WA they also fcuked up a Duc 1098 as it is the same company offering the service on Ducs...

believe the likes of RAC; RACQ etc offer a better service. I know that in WA they cover all vehicles, bikes included

Yeah the RACQ ultra is the one to have I reckon.
If ya need em to tow ya just be prepared for a big slug cause its free within 50k's but after that its like $22 a kilometer.
Still better than leaving ya ride on the side of the road though.

Yer i am with Roadtrain, i am with RACQ and they cover you no matter what vehicle you are riding or driving, so if your mate breaks down you can say you were riding that bike...to easy.

I think the Idea would be to have it towed to the nearest repairer rather than the entire 500 ks home, what's the point having a broken bike dumped on your doorstep? No one fixes their own vehicles in this day and age do they??

I'm with Ultra Care as well.

Trailer lost its wheel and they flatbed towed it to thier servo.

    Picked it up later.

    All good with RACQ.
