Hi
The rear sprocket on my 03 Softail has some pitting on the sprocket as shown on the attached photo
Its done 100,000 kms
The sprocket appears to be chrome plated where it engages with the drive belt
My query is does this amount of pitting suggest or require the sprocket to be replaced (I think the sprocket is about $800 )
Any advice would be much appreciatted
