Well done you. That screenshot looks encouraging.

Usually a flash tune or 2 is all you need, smart tune is an option but I don't do that, not enough hours in the life for that.

If you can smart tune that's all good. Personal thing, but most shops don't do it unless they are "Dyno tuning".

Remembering the Harley Delphi EFI system does have a limited self learning/adjustment

Just this arvo I retuned a 2004 EFI Softail Deuce for a guy sent to me by a well known Perth Indy shop. 2 flashes and done.

They send all the bikes to me now, have done for years. This had SE204 cams, true dual older V&H and a Heavy Breather clone.

I downloaded the stage one can map first of all. Because my understanding is that a free flowing exhaust and air cleaner is pretty much the same regardless of the brand. It was definitely improved already on the first ride. But then I took it back and set it up for a smart tune and rode for about 45 minutes. Then I downloaded the smart tune and updated that to the ECU. Maybe better. But not much.

Generally speaking the "calibrations" or "canned MAPS" will suffice for any brand of air cleaner or exhaust.

Slip on straight thru tapered mufflers, like S&S and Khromewerks tune up the best. Using stock header pipes

True dual complete systems with aftermarket headers are the hardest to stop the deceleration popping.

2 into 1 systems are different again, some calibrations have a 2 into 1 option listed. Not many Perth folks fit those.

It sounds like you have done your best I suppose. Give it a few runs and see.

My tuning job for today was 2013 103 cube Heritage, 33,000 K's , one owner just bought by an old mate, clean bike.
100% stock, air cleaner, mufflers all still factory. Tapered Slip-ons and K&N air to keep the stock look. Stage 1 calibration.

Thanks Retroman! She is running well now, but I'll see how it goes as the weather gets warmer also.
