I have the original tubular key for my Evo, but only one.
I've not tried the dealer yet but some years ago I took the original to a locksmith and asked if he could cut me a spare.
He didn't want to know about it, said they were a prick to do, and there was only one guy he knew, in the adjacent city,  who had some success with them.
     I haven't been there yet.

I had mine cut a couple of years ago in Brisbane. He retired not long ago so happy that I now have 2 spares locked away in a safe place.
