If when you shake it, your wrist hurts – you have osteoarthritis.

If you return to your room with your pecker outside your pants – you have Alzheimer’s.

Going to get the results of recent blood/urine tests tomorrow. Because have coeliacs I get regular endoscope and colonoscopy checks (2-3 years). Had high cholesterol, now under control. Bone density is an issue because of coeliacs, so hips are borderline osteoporosis, but spine etc okay. Still have hypertension/high blood pressure. PSI has always been low number. Just had a biopsy for growth under moustache that they thought was a BCC... bloody lucky it was only a mole. All but gone after the biopsy. Get arthritis a bit in a couple knuckle joints. All in all doing okay for my age 

EDIT: Happy with the bloods... also, PSA = 2.2 (always monitor this after Ozrodder passed away from prostrate cancer)
