a 2025 Low Rider S with a number of very interesting new features.
Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output engine. Possibly with VVT.
Speedo moved from tank to handlebars.
    New soft-sided saddlebags.
Switchblocks that appear to be very similar to 2024 Road and Street Glides.
    All-new 2-into-1 exhaust.
    Forward controls
    Black rims.
    Two-up seat and pillion pegs.

I heard no VVT the 117 engine which should be very similar to the '24 Road and Street glides engine and calling it the high output 117, the bags are ugly but I think they may be an accessory item, the LRST will now have bags that are now the same length either side. there's a rumor that the 107 is no longer available in '25 also

This I don't understand, why not have the vvt and centre cooling tech in all the bikes?

HD are possibly saving the VVT for CVO only releasing it for the other model M-8's at a later date

Simply more chit to go wrong in what should be a simple engine.  Its not an R1 so stop over engineering it.

I had to replace the water pump on the wife's Tri-Glide (2019) late last year, we changed the sensor first but as temp light came on sooner and sooner, we changed it, ($850) no issues since

I am not surprised if all bikes get the duel cooling as most things have to be California EPA compliant
