    1999 was the last year for the evo softails.

    There is a small fanbase for springer front ends and they tend to love the style.

    it looks very clean so mid to high teens...but its a smaller market so may take a while.

    If you’re after opinions?…. while Springers can command a premium over others, your bike (well it looks like your bike) is currently sharing space with 4027 other Harleys just on Bikesales alone so at $27,500 it’s likely a stretch.  For that money there are a few CVO Springers on Bikesales, they’re pretty much in stock trim too which also helps sell bikes these days and the 110 in those CVOs is a nice thing.   (Doesn’t mean anything against EVOs) It’s also worth noting that some of those CVOs have been listed for months too.

    I recently strolled through a local HD dealership and was amazed at the low prices of used bikes.

    That said, yours is a nice looking thing too but at that price I’d be looking for the stock bars, seat, air cleaner, pipes etc (rare and useful items) so if you have them, mention it in your ad.
