Screamin Eagle Pro Street Tuner 41001141 - Help!

I have a 2023 FLSB Sport Glide and I want to upload a stage 1 tune. I purchased the SE Pro Street Tuner and I can connect via Bluetooth to the app on my mobile, but I get an error message each time I open the tuner part of the app - "Internet is not connected", then "Calibrations not available, Check for updates". Everything else in the app works fine, I have a good connection and can see the bikes VIN, read error codes (I don't have any), there are no updates available for the app, etc. I have tried different internet connections and using mobile data on my phone with same issue.
I have contact HD in the USA, the App support team and my HD Dealer, no one has any helpful suggestions, other than try the Y-cable. I got hold of that on Friday and tried today, using a lap top and the Windows 10 SE Tuner app. Same error - I have tried different internet connections etc, same problem - everything works fine, good connection and comms with the bike, until I click on the tuner tab and it comes up with an error - "Internet is not connected", then "Calibrations not available, Check for updates".
Google searches have only turned up one forum where someone had the same issue in Australia, they tried again after a few days and it worked fine, so no help there.
Anyone have any ideas?

I don’t use a Street Tuner but I have experienced similar problems with other software when I was running a VPN. If you are, try turning it off then reconnecting everything afresh without the VPN.
I hope that works for you.

Additional to VPN some antivirus software can screw things up, to the point that you need to switch off the antivirus, uninstall all the software, reinstall the software and do all the updates available, not had it happen personally but I've seen other complaints on yank forums.

I have not had this particular problem myself.
BUT I only use the older up to 2018 model bikes Supertuner Pro software, and on laptops that are no longer internet connected and have no antivirus working in the background.
offing the antivirus as suggested is worth a try.
Following the thread with interest.

Are you able to access the stage 1 file from the net and copy it into a folder on your computer? Then use the tuner to load it from your computer rather than trying to load from the net.

Any ideas where I could find the tune file to download? I tried searching for it but had no luck. This would definitely work if I could find a downloadable version of the file.

I have no idea. Not had any experience tuning M8s.
Ring the dealer or drop in and talk to them. They should be able to download the file and email it to you or put it on a flash drive.
Won't hurt them to help you out with it.
