One of my mates had a twin hip replacement at around 50yo in Jan 2019... after couple weeks not evident he even had an op. On the matial arts matts by mid April. Cannot recall when he was back on his V-Rod.

But everyone is different.... look at Jimmy Barnes, he is around 69 and had a long road to recovery.

I've been lucky to have only had ankle breaks as a kid, plus arm near shoulder. In my 60's all as a result of bike accidents - right wrist (scaphoid); left wrist (scaphoid); right rist (you guest it scaphoid) and finally last year right thumb (now has a plate)

Every break healed well which is not bade considering each bone densite scan I've had since 2006 had been just above being diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have the scans as I have Coeliac Disease plus a couple of other associated gut issues due to Coeliacs. Had my last scan today, so know the results next week. Might post up.
