Sport Glide - Jump start

Hey ya all, I've just bought a 2023 Sport Glide, so brand new to this model.  I have a Road King and a Slim S.  Both very easy to jump start, just pop off the saddle, and hey presto...connect the positive and negative, and its done.
The Sport Glide battery is behind the side cover, but the battery is positioned with the negative terminal showing, while the positive, is out of sight / reach.  A design flaw, in MHO.  Should have been the other way around....
So, now, how do I do a quick "jump start" without having a major job ??  Appreciate any helpful advice...PS- this question is very specific to the Sport Glide, it's different to the other Softail's in terms of battery location / access.   Thanks in advance - Pat

Sorry I can't help with the "jump start" but I recommend a trickle charger to keep your bikes fully charged then you don't have to jump start them, HD have them for around $100

You can buy jumpstart rated pigtails, never seen or used them but they are out there.

Thanks mate...I do have the HD trickle charger. It's more like when we are out riding, and sometimes (not often, but happened twice in a few years) wife forgets to turn off ignition.  This was in both
cases, after 600 or 700 Km rides, and she was just bloody tired.
Next day, flat battery....just popped of the saddle, and 3 min later....back on the road.

Thanks mate....I did not know that.  I always thought that the pigtail connection, was not strong enough, to carry that type of boost of power.  I have the HD power pack, and it does have that connection, I was just to nervous to try it.

Yeah nar don't use the HD one, I'm talking a heavy duty one capable of taking that kind of load, have a google, you can still use them for your trickle charger but they supposedly handle jump starting as well.
