Yeah I dunno if they can, be like changing any contract after both parties have signed, will it float in front of the beak? Would only be possible if both parties agreed I would of thought and I can't see him agreeing to it unless they have a termination clause in there already that they can casually push across the table that makes his wallet shudder.
