m8 slipping clutch

    Hi, have a 10/18 cvo streetglide 40000klm .Clutch has started to slip after last ride. Changed oil still the same. Anyone experienced the same.Thanks. Gary

    Change the clutch springs for heavy duty ones.

    The clutch could be worn/damaged .
    Has it been adjusted correctly ?
    How dark was the oil ?
    Any burnt smell ?
    If you've caught it in time, heavier springs might be the fix.

    What oil are you using in the primary? then check clutch and cable adjustment, you can get heavier clutch springs(SE 1275lb's) as Pauly said, although once they start slipping you may need new fibre plates
