Fatboy 2023 120 Anniversary edition upgrade - Screamin eagle Stage 2 v/s Stage 3

Hi everyone. I have somehow managed to get my hands on a Fatboy 2023 120th Anniversary edition. I have had sleepless nights eversince, wanting to make it even better. It hasn't done a 1600 Kms yet. I wanted to upgrade to a stage 2 torque cam, but the labour is expensive and it made more sense to just go with stage 3 (122 CI). When is the right time to upgrade in your experience. What is the fuel economy with each stage> And what reviews does the group have on Screamin eagle stages. I live in a small town, nil options to have my bike Dyno tuned and I would like to maintain warranty, hence aftermarket is not an option. I already have a Stage 1 with Freedom 2 in 1 performance exhaust.

Just drop in an S&S repalcement - must be close to the overall price.

I have not worked on any M8 engined Harleys myself yet , but the time will come.
Fitting a cam, and ECM tuning with the same tuner dongle to suit, should be WAY less expensive than a Stage 3 122 cube adventure !
In any event I reckon that Stage 3 journey will void your warranty bigtime.

Stage 2 on a 114 is a very good option.
And relatively cheap.
The SE cams are not the best choice though.
Can't see the need for going to 122 .
If you do go down that path , 124 would be a better option.

131 or 132 better still, Personally I'd just get a good aftermarket cam (HD SE cams are a little tame IMO) like a Cyclerama 480- 483 or 485, Star racing 30/30 & Woods 22XE or 22XD- I deal with Fuelmoto USA (excellent service) I've attached some FM dyno charts to help you choose which option suits you-
