P1608H - Continuous Power

I purchased my brand spanker new 2022 Sports Glide in December last year - I was happy and decided to put in a tuner and highflow filter to stage 1 the bike. As it didnt come with an alarm chirper i bought one of those and now it chirps on switching on and switching off.
Anywho, enough of my rambling, about 2 months ago i started to have some power issues historically P1608. So when i had an issue and didnt start i trailered it to the HD shop and there outcome was flat battery - it is fine - Just remember you need to put it on the trickle charger at least once a week.
Do i bought a volt meter to keep an eye on the power management. Cute little meter that hooks into the trickle charger plug.
Since i have had this installed the meter says that the battery is at 12.2 but drops to 11.8. Seems legit. Here is when the problem starts when i crank it,
Day 1 the power drops to 9.6v on start
Day 1 after work drops to 8.9v on start
Day 2 the power drops to 9.1v on start
Day 2 after work drops to 8.9v on star
Day 3 the power drops to 8.6v on start
Day 3 after work drops to 8.9v on start
Day 5 Saturday as i did not ride the bike to work note i did not put it on the trickle charger either
Day 5 Starting power dropped to 7.5v and only just started. Check engine light error code P1608H
I then decided (Shit) battery must be flat. i put the trickle charger on and within half an hour the charger had a solid green light.
My diagnosis is that the battery is dying or dropped a cell.
Has anyone had any similar issues.

yeap start with the battery, replace or get it checked. better still take the bike to the dealer as it should still have warranty? they probably won't pay for a new battery though

Had another think about this. Bullethead never had a problem until he fitted a "chirper "
Can you disable the chirper?

Battery is fucked and it is still in warranty so make them change it, battery is covered, do it quick, and yeah keep the bastard on charge.
Have gander at the last pages of this thread, might crystallize it for you.

My advice would be get the new battery but do not put in the bike, just save it for next dry as it looks like the wet is about to reduce your riding time quite considerably.
Also does your chirper go chirp chirp or chirpy chirpy, cheep cheep? lol sorry ha ha ha just could not help myself.
