Other than leave the state destitute, try to let the chinese run the state via the belt and road "loan", lock the population down longer than anywhere else in the world , shoot rubber bullets at the civilians , make Victoria the most taxed state i think he has done a great job.... LOL  

Thought it was funny as hell seeing on the news a large group outside Victoria's Parliament House, counting down the  seconds until 5.00pm when it became official.
