Can someone tell me what these are?

    Hi there
    I just found these in the bottom of a box with other parts. No idea what they’re off?

    I reckon they are to stop throw over panniers from entering the wheelspace whilst moving.

    OR some baggers used to have such attachments on the outside of the panniers ?

    Thanks. I have no clue what they were off and how I even ended with them BUT
    if anyone is interested in them I’ll send them for the cost of the postage only (more or less around 10 bucks)
    anywhere in Oz. First person to PM me.

    agree..... not for an FXR though damn it
