Just got myself a fatbob it has a screaming eagle heavey breather elite air cleaner

The HD Ventilator is a lower profile decent filter if you want to stay with SE stuff or there are shit loads of decent options from the aftermarket, sorta depends on your taste, S&S make improved versions of their old teardrop style if that look takes your fancy, plus they don't stick out too far.

Mate to be honest I think the Ventilator is about as low profile as they come.  I think changing it out wouldn’t help you much.
